the room was fantastic, it was quiet. thoroughly enjoyed our stay and location of the hotel, and can't wait to come back.

A good choice of products for a wonderful breakfast. Nice looking and great-sized units with the beautiful view and High Floors plus a queen sized bed. Particularly good location, amazing area, next to several bars and restaurants on the new harbour front, like Tony C's as well as many Boston attractions.

The best thing is location - next to restaurants, Fenway Park and Boston. Offers brand-new and cozy rooms with modern design.

Spotlessly clean place with magnificent view of downtown. Respectful staff; easy check in. Terrific room and outstanding, amazing bed. Excellent customer care, parking on site. The pool is lovely and relaxing too. Lobby bar in the hotel.

Location was convenient. Had complimentary bottled water in the room during heat wave. Nice touch.

Large volume of tourists. Next time I will know better. Staff was inefficient checking in a large volume of arriving guests. They were courteous about the wait though.

The rooms and services was great. i was treated badly on the phone but when I got there the front desk service was impeccable

The night prior i called to confirm my room and who ever answered the phone gave me a HARD time about having a dog. I was an exhibitor at the Small Business Expo. She kept stating that if I leave my dog alone i would have to pay a fee. I said ok, she

The sea view from my room was enjoyable and added to the relaxing ambiance. I appreciated the attentive staff who promptly assisted with my requests.

The amenities could have been better organized.

Room and view from the 15th floor was outstanding. Starbucks coffee in the room. Beds were very comfortable. Was traveling with 2 children and the pool provided hours of entertainment.

Breakfast options were quite expensive, especially if you are not traveling on an expense account.

Great apple at checkin. Clean room but no fridge, had to request one. Pretty good location but had to walk half a mile to anything. Very quiet, best bedding ever. Very fast elevator. Great gym, clean and nothing broken.

Free shuttle to downtown had very limited hours, 5-7:30 pm. Outrageous price for breakfast. Staff had no good idea of how to get downtown except take a cab.

it was very far away from the main stream of Boston and was not accessible easily. And the cost per night was very high!!

The hotel is a quick walk to the Boston Children's Museum and historic sights. We took a guided sea tour which was awesome! Notable amenities include the comfy Westin beds and an excellent pool. Would definitely recommend for a group getaway.

We faced a bit of confusion with our restaurant coupons. The manager wasn't clear about the separate checks policy, frustrating. Just a heads up to future guests about checking on billing before dining.
